Appointments & Scheduling

We’re open 7 days a week for your convenience. See our front desk for hours of operation. Please call in advance to schedule an appointment. We ask that you arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to a scheduled service to allow preparation time.

We combine aromatherapy oils with most of our Spa services. To allow the oil blends to be absorbed through the skin for a therapeutic effect, we suggest that you do not shower after a service. We have changing rooms available for our guests and the option to book a shampoo and blow dry with one of our hairstylists.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that guests provide a minimum of 24 hours notification for cancellation of Spa services while hair straighteners require 48 hours notice. For body treatments, skin care treatments, spa packages, and hair straighteners, you will be asked for a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be applied to each scheduled service if proper notification of cancellation is not provided or if the appointment is missed. Spa parties require 48 hours cancellation notice.

Payment & Gratuities

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, Salon l’Etoile gift certificates and cash for services. If you were happy with the services you received, it is customary to provide your stylist or spa therapist with a 15 - 20% gratuity. Gratuities are not included in service price and are only accepted in check or cash form. All prices are subject to change without notice.

*All Spa Parties of 4 or more people will have an automatic 18% gratuity added to services.
